About
Tony Fergusson has more than 25 years of experience in networking, security, and IT leadership across a range of industries. Described as having a "visionary mindset," he was one of the earliest adopters of Zero Trust networking principles and among the very first practitioners to implement ZTNA in production.
His career spans enterprise security leadership, secure cloud transformation, and strategic advisory work. He led MAN Energy Solutions' award-winning digital transformation to Zero Trust network architecture — a programme recognised as a reference case for large-scale security modernisation.
Tony is currently developing the Agentic Security Edge (ASE) framework — a next-generation governance model for AI agents that embeds organisational values, regulatory constraints, and security policy directly into agent behaviour at runtime.
He works across EMEA, advising enterprises on security strategy, AI governance, and the architecture decisions that will determine who thrives in an agentic world.
